Born in Fond-des-Negres, Haiti, Pastor Dorsaint was further educated in Port-au-Prince at College Paul VI of Diquini and Lycee Anthenor Firmin. On August 31, 1981 he became a born again Christian in the Church of God of Prophecy Bicentenaire of Port-au-Prince, under the leadership of Bishop Jean-Elie Vital-Hene.
